Conservation Easements are located on the land - All in areas that do not lend themselves to development.

In 2015, the 103 acre easement was increased to 191.5 acres [Document] [Drawing]

Property Tax Management: All conservation land has been placed under a Forestry Management Program per New York tax law 480-a. This reduces property taxes on applicable land by 80%.
